CDI/Nevada Racebooks Agreement - somebody budged!
Good news on the Nevada front. Churchill Downs not included yet apparently - but the winter tracks (FG, OP, TP) are.

Oaklawn apparently broke the thaw. Four sources from across the country told VSiN that Louis Cella, whose family has operated the track since building it in 1904, did not want another day to pass without Nevada money in its mutuel pools. Although CDI does not own Oaklawn, it is contracted to negotiate the tracks simulcast rights.
As another Las Vegas casino insider put it, These tracks who make deals with Churchill are saying they dont want to be dragged into one of their old disputes.

That's pretty big just from Nevada. Glad to see it.

I'd guess a decent amount of it was coming into the pools last year via ADWs with residents using an out-of-state addressed account and a VPN. But there's definitely an increase,

There's a lot about this, and the number you gave yesterday, that feels like an impossibility. We are supposed to believe that over 20% of their handle is coming from Nevada?
Is there some sort of account wagering that is comprised of a few individual and big bettors?

I think 50% of it must be coming from your Twitter "wagering structure" archenemy.

All you have to do is have a mobile account in any casino in Nevada and you will see that the figure that i gave is 100% correct as the mobile accounts show the handle per race for every track that Nevada takes.
Why do you think that Louis Cella told Churchill that it is time to settle with Nevada right now and not one day after the Oaklawn meet starts?
Oaklawn may not be as big as New York or Calif, but it is on a par with Gulfstream. The Oaklawn card starts at 10:30 AM in Nevada which is prime time for racing in Nevada.
The handle numbers that I gave you are public knowledge.
Why would I put up handle numbers that are false, I have nothing to gain.
Nevada Pari-Mutuel total handle for Saturday 12/4/21 restricted to in state of Nevada betting only:
Aqueduct--2,541,699
Oaklawn--1,318,380
Andy, tell me what numbers you don't believe when these numbers are common knowledge to anybody that has a mobile account in the state of Nevada?

The number still seems too high.
The commission lists total handle in October of 18 million

There is something not making sense. I am assuming the numbers are inaccurate unless some huge player just got added.
