Rebellion grows with every new outrage
https://pjmedia.com/culture/marktaps...-left-n1536154
“This case is about whether Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) regulations can abolish representative government in the creation of public health laws, and whether it can authorize closure of a school or assembly based on the unfettered opinion of an unelected official. This court finds it cannot.”
Perfect statement. I think we see more of the same in the future

From the article Ralph posted:
When Rittenhouse starts winning multi-million dollar settlements, many more such suits will be filed by others emboldened by his success, and sooner or later, the Left-wing ideologues who have turned the mainstream media into the propaganda arm of the progressives who dominate the Democratic Party will have to start looking for new jobs.
Well, let's hope this happens, but I won't be surprised if it doesn't.

The drafters of the U.S. Constitution gave states broad powers to control communicable diseases because the colonies were ridden with malaria, yellow fever, cholera, and typhoid. States exercised these powers as necessary, quarantining persons and even whole cities and regions. This public health authority has been upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in all cases…

I think you have to be middle of the road at some point, so here and now is not what we should qualify as "emergency". And all of your points about the drafters of the U.S. Constitution is now moot.

What's the standard?
The whims of a brain damaged level idiot like de Blasio in NYC?
The whims of power hungry liars, totalitarians, and IC front men involved in CIA funded bioweapon research outside the US like Fauci?
This is a serious question despite the hyperbole.
There's no national emergency.
50% of the population has already had Covid, most of the rest of the adults have been vaccinated (too bad the vaccines aren't very good), the virus barely impacts children and young adults, and we have better treatments now.

This implies Trusting in the Science....Thus, when you say "trust the science, but refuse to acknowledge the existence of legitimate science contrary to your position, do you really "trust the science?"
No. No you don't.
You trust an agenda.
