The biggest issue with this BULLY MANDATE is that even if it is eventually over-turned, those who have been vaxx cannot be unvaxxed.

IOW, there is no practical remedy for them.

Worse, if, down the road, it is deemed to be harmful, the producers are sue-proof.

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) head Chen Shih-chung (陳時中) said on Wednesday (Nov. 10) that a panel of experts has decided to suspend administering second doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech (BNT) COVID vaccine to children 12-17 years old amid concerns it may increase the risk of myocarditis.

Cases of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the outer lining of the heart) have been reported after BNT vaccination of children between 12 and 17 years of age. According to U.S. statistics, the risk of youths experiencing myocarditis after receiving the second BNT dose is 10 times higher than after the first dose, CNA reported.

As for whether COVID-19 vaccines will be approved for children aged 5-11, Chen said the matter will not be considered until the second dose issue with 12 to 17-year-olds is settled.

Maybe Kearney’s interpretation of the Bible is correct. Maybe it’s not. But since when are leftists fine with having the government use tax dollars to promote a state-sponsored Bible lesson? They’ve cried “separation of church and state!” at far less overt connections to religion.

A three-member panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans affirmed its ruling despite the Biden administration's position that halting implementation of the vaccine mandate could lead to dozens or even hundreds of deaths. read more

"The mandate is staggeringly overbroad," the opinion said.

"The mandate is a one-size-fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers)," Circuit Court Judge Kurt Engelhardt wrote for the panel.

Vaccine mandates are deeply controversial in the United States. Supporters say they are a must to put an end to the nearly two-year coronavirus pandemic, while opponents argue they violate the U.S. Constitution and curb individual liberty.

The Fifth Circuit judges appeared to agree with the opponents.

"The public interest is also served by maintaining our constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals to make intensely personal decisions according to their own convictions - even, or perhaps particularly, when those decisions frustrate government officials," Engelhardt wrote.

You can't sue your employer.
You can't sue the government.

Even if vaccine side effects are EXTREMELY RARE as they say, you have no recourse if something goes wrong.

Not OSHA's authority. You can remove hardhats. You can remove masks. You CANNOT REMOVE A VACCINE.

This is MADNESS how people don't get this.

As if they don't exist because nobody talks about them or some sold out doctor says (oh we know from other vaccines that there is virtually no long term risk). Nobody knows there will be none, and nobody knows what they might be. This crap of vaccinating 5 to 11 year old kids is beyond sick (so was vaccinating 12 to 18 year old kids). This constant bullshit of the vaccinated are so protected, but at the same time the vaccinated are walking around peeing in their pants because they might run into someone who is not vaccinated and not wearing a mask. Oh the fuc*ing horror.

The vaccine is so effective, they just have to make sure that every breathing human being is vaccinated, just to make sure. Not only vaccinated, vaccinated with boosters, because the vaccines failed to deliver as promised.

It is also very interesting how the worse the vaccine seems to work, the more restrictive they get and I really would not be surprised if at this point they are starting to make up data. If you watch the latest senate hearing with Fraud-chi and Walensky you would realize that they have only 1 goal and that is to vaccinate every breathing human being not only in the US, but globally. I am sorry but this is not rational. If you believe it is, you need to do some brain exercises or something. This type of thinking is a very slippery slope into complete totalitarianism (on a global scale).

So what if people lose their jobs, careers, pensions, kids go hungry. Not their problem. Take one for the team. Yeah, tell that to those that have died or have been jacked up big time by the vaccine. But no worries Dr. Fraud-Chi and Rochelle Walensky get their paychecks at taxpayer expense. They even get to have certain senators kiss their boots (which certainly floats their boat), which in my book is about the same as standing on the sidewalk and having huge dog take a huge dump on your new shoes.

Government is trying to turn this into a war between the vaccinated and unvaccinated because it is an ends to a mean. 100% compliance globally. That is the world you want to live in Mostpost/TJ Dave. Enjoy. If you have 2 eyes you realize this country is very much ****ed and we the people need to take action or at least support those that are.
