Without the cooperation of the repubs, not as good as planned.

It is not Trump.
Thank GOD many are leaving office soon.
Most were less than useless to begin with.

It has only been a couple years. It took 0bama a couple terms to realize Congress was deadlock and to get stuff done just do it with EOs.

As long as we are counting, the dems had that situation once in that time frame and did nothing. So they are no better. Both parties do not give a crap about it.

What's "it?"
There's no Obamacare plan. Obamacare, or the ACA, did two things at a high level: 1) expanded Medicaid,* which is administered by the states and funded, in part, by the federal government and 2) provided subsidies to individuals, at certain income thresholds, to purchase private health insurance. For some reason, many people still believe there's an "Obamacare plan."
Maybe the "it" refers to the monitoring of mandated benefits, maintaining and updating subsidy information and providing the states with the Medicaid monies? I'm sure President Trump realizes there isn't a "Obamacare Plan" in a literal sense?
*Many states, red and blue, outsource Medicaid services to private health insurance companies like Centene and Molina.

I'd be curious as to what percentage of those who favored Obamacare were getting the subsidy to pay for it. Obamacare was one reason Trump got elected.

Obamacare was unpopular. Until trump wanted to repeal it and not replace it.
The tide turned right there and then.
If you do the repeal, ya gotta do the replace.

Go back to what was in place before Obamacare. What is needed is to address the costs associated with healthcare, not a new programs that only addresses who pays for your healtcare.
