If you listen really closely, you can hear the REAL track announcer calling the race in the background.
Still, fake or not, it's humorous.

Maybe the guy was providing the English translation of what the real announcer was saying. Do the Swedes announce their races in English?

I assumed this was a broadcast for customers of an English bookmaker, and I originally thought that this wasn't a live race but was actually the replay, but I changed my mind on that.
