What do these groupings (or labels gathered and placed on the public) have to do with determining the horror, the guilt, or the compensation of sexual abuse?

Without fail, on surfing the sports channels each Saturday, I notice the Nittany Lions still have national exposure.
That doesn't seem right to me....at least for several years.
