Even after all these years, it is still the funniest danged show I ever saw!
My favorite...
They are all getting in the car to go somewhere for Thanksgiving Dinner.
Grandpa gets in the back seat and Marge asks him, :Grandpa, did you sit on my apple pie?"
Grandpa replies, "I HOPE so!"

I remember you mentioned this a few years ago, but didn't provide a clip. I didn't get the joke back then, thinking, like you wrote it this time, was a positive thing. When I finally saw the segment, and his old, nervous, "Oooh...I hooope so." I cracked up big time, and can't forget this line, now understanding what might have happened instead of sitting on a fresh hot moist apple pie!
