Where does all the drug money for gambling go now?

Specifically South Florida. I remember reading stories of how a lot of betting dollars came from drug money in the 70’s and 80’s. The betting pools surged in horse racing , dog racing and even Jai Alai. The drug dealers loved to gamble back then so why is it so much different now? I don’t think the casinos in SOFLO have much to do with this. The drug money still exists ....when did they stop liking horse races?
