I believe that she was in process of breaking away from her party to become independent, perhaps few of us understand how extreme the pressure internally part of a party plus those who as elected represent from home. Case in point might be Joseph Manchin III

For those interested. . . Tulsi Gabbard from Wikipedia with no middle name.

She gave a good speech and said all the right things but it is difficult to get past her support for Bernie Sanders in 2016. Republicans should use her for what they can but be very wary.

Bernard Sanders (no middle name wiki) was a lead pipe cinch to not win with the fix in. What to support inside her party at the time Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton, only a real stupid ass would support that slag. I believe Tulsi Gabbard would love to be in the next Trump administration. I think that she would be a good fit for Nimarata Nikki Haley's old job and do it better than she did. Who knows and it is way too soon for tomorrow at this point.

CPAC straw poll for VP had Noem and Ramaswamy on top with Gabbard third.

I think it will be Tim Scott. He is stumping for Trump like a VP candidate and the others are not. Trump is praising him right and left. He is black, and not only will he be able to blunt the dems in that voting category, he completely wipes out any conversation about racism. You can't be a racist with a black running mate. Not that Trump ever was a racist. He is a true capitalist. The only color he sees is green. If you can make him more successful, he wants you regardless of color.

I agree, with the others offered cabinet positions (if they want them) - if Trump can beat the ballot harvesting in swing states

I agree with that. If Trump were to get elected, he needs strong education, DHS, and energy secretaries. I'm not against getting rid of the Education Dept and letting the states make their own rules.

Bullshit, her positions about being anti-war have my attention. I believe in retribution but not boots on the ground other than to paint a target.

DeSantis did not pass the smell test. Everyone who went on stage to debate only one who was not for more war, your boy Vivek Ganapathy Ramaswamy. Everyone else including Ronald Dion DeSantis were and are establishment politicians. It was clear to me that Vivek Ganapathy Ramaswamy goal was to destabilize the field to chase each others tails, and he did that perfectly that traction against Trump would be very small leaving no state to favor its own.

I'm in love with Tulsi Gabbard. That said, that would be a bad move imo. Though wiser than Palin, time has made both a target...its the middle aged white woman syndrome.
Trump knows better. He's way smarter than McCain, who chose a running mate that's pretty. McCain needed and extra bump to be a shoe-in, picked pretty Sara hoping to put a lid on the election. instead he made Obama president

Tulsi Gabbard is a socialist.
She backed Bernie Sanders, is pro universal income and Medicare for all.
Her stances on gun control and gay rights change depending on the crowd that she is speaking in front of.
Don't trust Tulsi Gabbard even though she is very good looking.

She was a few years ago. I am not sure she is still, after the Biden invasion has pretty much wrecked all of those programs.

Her stance on gun control makes her unpalatable to a sizable portion of the Republican base. She might try to walk back her earlier positions, but the damage has already been done and the trust factor is gone.

I think her stances on everything except war change depending on the crowd that she is speaking in front of. Primarily because of the state of Hawaii that she is from. Personally I believe she has zero chance being on the ticket as Vice President no matter what any poll says. It is much conversation here in large part because how few conservatives are here.
