Nice handicapping break down of the Haskell by big Gary.

Makes a great point about jockey Mike Smith and how important the gate 'break' will be for Authentic.

Interesting to see whether the action is split a little between Dr Post and Authentic, as Dr Post is kind of an improving horse with some fanfare.

Interesting to see whether Baffert is fazed by the recent issues regarding Gamine and Charlatan...

They should take that million dollar purse an give to the poor, this race has a little better field than a weekday allowance race at the big A in the middle of the winter,7 horse field 4 of them can’t run, authentic figures to be 1/2 and dr post 6/5 ny traffic 3|1 Good race race to watch Trifecta could pay 6 bucks for a buck.

I hear ya

Although, I wouldn't be surprised if Lebda or Ancient Warrior beats NY Traffic.

Also a chance that Authentic runs a flashy, Grade 1 performance.

A lot of 'training firepower' in this race. I guess you have to 'cap it like Monmouth will play fast/brilliant. Pletcher and Hollendorfer are not in the top four win% barns...
