Where will Dutrow wheel him back in 3-5 days? He used to be the King of the quick start back

He was a dirtbag, and eventually the powers that be, lose their patience with dirtbags, and they get theirs.

I still love thoroughbred fans, still believing their sport is cleaner than harness.

And the fact that some of the worst cheating were at the biggest tracks and circuits, with Churchill having numerous scams going on.

He seems like a guy totally commited to his horses. On the show. they said that he got an excessive penalty. Hope he makes a great comeback. This sure sets the table for it!
Though this classic was very light on top horses. O'Brian said he almost sent his turf winner to the classic because he was getting over the dirt so well. Now that would have been interesting !

Richard Dutrow Jr. along with his brothers Chip and Tony were always around the barn of their father well-regarded trainer Richard Dutrow Sr. and Jr. is clearly a good caretaker of his horses today in my opinion. Further to this point, his suspension seemed egregious at the time and over the top based upon the prevailing history of the sport and once again my opinion he was singled out. At the time of one his final wins at Saratoga I engaged a leading figure who once served on the Breeder's Cup Committee and well known horse owner who clearly did not like Jr. This one random example cross-referenced with a close friend who worked with him at the inception of his career offers a sharp contrast since at the beginning and now late, he seems to be the same horse loving guy. It is a fact he had drug issues, financial problems, and to the best of my knowledge was largely a street kid who may not have finished high school and also lost a close female friend to murder in my neck of the woods.

In my personal opinion, he was railroaded, made an example of and it may be that he was not the cleanest guy but his violations of the past were not significantly different than what is still going on today, and I hope he shines because he knows horses and has been around them his entire life, and it is a truly nice comback story. He served his time and it would be great for him to succeed and be a positive influence on the sport.

Yea?

I know post race he seemed to want to keep White Abarrio at Santa Anita, keep it simple and get back on the track, and then shoot for the Saudi Cup.

White Abarrio has an issue with his hoof. A change would Dutrow good. Glad to see most of the horses in the Classic will race next year.

As the basketball kids say these days, Dutrow is really in his bag right now. Throw the PPs out while he is on a streak like this.
