Jose on the #7 in the 4th, Irad on #6 in the 5th
Riding like bug boys trying to get through holes that aren’t there,even though the 7 in the 4th should’ve still won if he doesn’t get impeded, still terrible rides by both so far 👎👎
No chance the #7 in R4 tonight wins if he doesn't get impeded. In my opinion, Davis got taken down because he cost that horse third. Don't think that he would have won.
That being said, Jose was at fault for that as well. The 7 came in a lane or two and the 4 drifted out. Both jockeys were whipping with their outside hands, driving the horses inward.
There are some races where I think Jose and Irad don't even try. Especially Irad lately. He just doesn't understand that saving ground is the quickest way to get your horse from point A to point B sometimes.
