Of course Fallon does occasional Trump jokes, he just doesn't do 15 minute monologues ripping on Trump every night like Colbert and Kimmel do.

No one roasted Obama 15 minutes straight night in and night out. As far as Presidents being open game, try watching Johnny Carson, he would go weeks at a time without making fun of a President. Also you had no idea what his political leanings were from watching him. You can tell that Kimmel, Colbert, and Fallon are liberals within minutes on a nightly basis.
