More Woes for Mueller & Co.
Hearing scheduled for $350 million lawsuit against Mueller
https://www.wnd.com/2018/12/hearing-...O0Zjea4kshB.99
This should be a very interesting case. You have a guy with deep pockets and a better-than-average, heavily experienced attorney representing him, going up against the Alphabet Soup Gang of Thugs before a judge with a reputation for fairness. With these ingredients, Corsi might actually have half a shot at winning.
Already, 2019 promises to get off to a very shaky start for Mueller.

If only Corsi had some tapes or 'proof' of these allegations bout the crooked cops ... but maybe he has enough.

Another plus is that civil suits require a lower level of evidence.

Corsi's stated reason for walking away from his plea deal was the fact that:
1) He would be gagged. (Can't make money talking)
2) His plea would cost him his securities license. (Can't make money trading)
3) The SC's office wouldn't give him a definite timeline they would wrap up. (allowing him to do 1)
Basically he wouldn't be able to make any money as long as the SC's investigation was ongoing.
That's why he didn't take the plea deal... he'd be broke.
This isn't some crazy conspiracy theory either... its actually written in his defense team's legal filings rejecting the plea.

So that he won't have to bear the burden alone of his expensive mouthpiece.

This whole circus is a chinese fire drill...whoops that's politically incorrect...I will say tho...it often takes someone to get dirty to take down some who is dirty...that said...perhaps they CAN ALL end up in the SAME cell block...

This whole thing is a broke right-wing conservative radio hack trying to maximize profit before being indicted and found guilty...
Read his filing on the case. Its laughable. His attorneys even misappropriate the names of the laws violated.
Seriously... it's like they didn't even have a Para read it before submission because an extra billable hour was too much.

Corsi said he wouldn't plead guilty and lie in front of God.
I don't blame him for that.
However, going back to what I said before elsewhere, Corsi made a serious mistake trying to "cooperate" with the FBI.

Corsi can say whatever he wants on his show... I'll go with what his legal defense actually said in turning down the plea.

Hey...didn't that two-bit, lying, memory-depleted professor who accused Kavanaugh of six crimes set up a GoFundMe?

You say that like it's a bad thing.
Judge Kegvanaugh also set up a Go Fund Me page so he can buy his own brewery.Brett's going to eliminate the middleman and get his suds wholesale. The good judge is going to call his beer "He Said, She Said".

I hear the only thing the good judge brews is ginger beer.

Wasn't the quote at the confirmation hearings "I like beer ,Senator.Do you like beer?"
Maybe Brett saw the light and reformed his drunkardly ways. He rebuked the sinful influence of demon rum that brought him to his lustful encounters with innocent college professors.
