The list goes on and on. Comparing 2020 to 2016, Trump's share of the vote from Latinos and Asians rose by:

59% in Houston
61% in Miami
59% in San Diego
94% in San Jose

33% in Dallas

54% in Las Vegas

In Philly he went from 9 to 19, in Dallas 3 to 4, in Vegas, from 9 to 14. His numbers in these categories were so low in 2016 that any increase can be highly exaggerated.

He did a lot better in the minority category than anyone thought he would, but just the sheer volume of new voters, encouraged to participate by mostly left leaning personalities, overwhelmed him. The get out the vote movement knew they'd attract more Dem voters than Rep voters, that's why they could encourage new voters without encouraging them to vote one way or the other. It was well played by the left side.
