I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not: her lawyers did not tell her she could testify at home in private. The offer was made and apparently not forwarded.
This spells 'backfire' in of itself.

White House limits scope of the FBI's investigation into the allegations against Brett Kavanaugh
The FBI has not been permitted to investigate the claims of Julie Swetnick, a White House official confirmed to NBC News.

Doofus Drumph just has to be in charge of everything.
This is just dumb, as far as I can see.
Drumph is just asking for the complaint that his interference reneges on the original deal.
Why not just let the investigation go forward?
If they can't dig up any credible information on Kavanaugh, then he gets voted in.
But no, ... Drumph has to change the goalposts once the game has started.
Why?
Because he has a petty grudge against Avenatti.
Drumph is just asking for it this time.
This is going to come back and bite him good.
And he deserves it!

How do you know this is a Trump directive?
What about the greatest democrat president ever? They say 0bama was a control freak and the military needed permission to take out targets. Is this incorrect?

Please refer yourself to the meaning of mental illness not derangement,

The agreement made on Friday was limited in duration and scope by the committee, no matter what Burls thinks.

Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court advanced on a party-line vote in the Senate Judiciary Committee after Republican Sen. Jeff Flake said he wanted a time-limited investigation into Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations before a vote of the full Senate on final passage for Kavanaugh’s

Tom, Tom,Tom ...
Everybody knows that the agreement was limited.
https://www.cnn.com/2018/09/28/polit...ote/index.html
The Judiciary Committee officially requested the FBI investigation, saying it should probe "current credible allegations" against Kavanaugh, and Republicans said it would be up to the FBI to decide what allegations are considered credible.
It was Flake, Collins and Murkowski who set the terms of the investigation, three sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
Despite the terms of the agreement, Doofus Drumph, bull in a china shop that he is,
decides to unilaterally change the terms of the agreement one full day into a seven day investigation.
Ever eager to defend his hero, Tom jumps in with yet another lie about Burls.
Tom, you are wasting your time here.
With your natural inclination to lie, you should be working in the Trump White House!

Now I'm wondering if this is a "fake news" scam.
This obstructing tactic is even too dumb for the Trump White House.
