Douglas McAuthur McCain

How does a black kid from Minneapolis wind up with a name like that?

I didn't hear that in her words at all.

It's saddening when a family loses a young person to any religious cult.
Assuming his parents aren't Muslims, they must be absolutely heart broken.
In this instance, ISIS acts the same as a cult and attracts all sorts of young people who are lacking in some basic needs.
ISIS is 1. giving them a cause and 2. false hope and 3. a sense of belonging.

There are 100 known young Americans currently fighting for ISIS.
There are probably over 100 more who have not been identified.
It's unfortunate to have to say this, but the fewer of them that come back,
make America a safer place.
These young people end up literally being brainwashed into thinking that to die for Allah will get them to heaven.
They're told that they will be revered as martyrs.
Those that live and return to the States are going to be very problematic and dangerous.

I'm sorry for his family but my sympathy ends there .
Continental travel doesn't indicate he wondered when he'd get his next
meal IMO . I see a 33 year old who made a choice a very bad one .

Greyfox pretty well nailed it. There are lot of young American people hunting for something spiritual. Any group who wants to recruit them is going get a few of them. This is something else that we be vigilant of.

I'd say Delta might get a lot of cancellations if not for the fact that most Americans are probably oblivious to what's going on. Perhaps in time.

Really?

I would think the fact that he no longer worked there would be a plus.

I did not intend to suggest Delta Airlines anything in the post. Most Americans who would make a difference by actually noticing something wrong or off would be in the green. The graphic was not meant to be left or right. My hypothesis is that the turd was looking for a weakness in our system for his resume when joining those maggots. You can bet that he told them in detail his experience as a worker at Delta and what to expect in becoming a worker for any airline.
