He was elected on repeal and replace with something great.
He failed to repeal.
He failed to replace.
He took a broken law.
Broke it worse.
And tweets Mitch and Nancy should fix it.
Democrats are going to use this as a stick and beat the GOP senseless with it.
In case you missed it... they already did once... a month ago.

cute move on the part of this judge, now this country will be in a bigger mess than it was 2 years ago. the sick part is that a 2 party system is supposed to get it right once in awhile, now all it does is ensure fighting.

So let me get this straight.
The Dems new platform is gonna be "Hey, our healthcare plan really sucked and we basically lied about everything and yet the Repugs won't fund it. So vote for us because we have this new plan that will drain our entire budget and we'll plan on funding it by taxing everybody. That tax will likely have to be about 50% of your income like all our ideal socialist countries in the world."
Paris is on fire for $8 gas. What do you think happens here if people don't get half of their paycheck?

i am not going to disagree with you, welfare is not good for the country and banks get more welfare and handouts than all the poor people and others that are beating the system. get rid of these banks that are cancer to the existence of this great place and go after the people that commit fraud against all of us.

I agree about the large corporate banks that are too big to fail. They are bigger now than they were in 2008 when they shit the bed. Good thing we put in the Dodd-Frank laws that did nothing but 'tax' the small hometown banks and made the large banks even bigger. Nice job Lizzy Warren.
Either way, banks have nothing to do with healthcare or handouts. The TARP plan is/was hopefully a once in a lifetime fix.

Illogical to you. But the next stop is the Appeals Court for that district. We'll see how that works out.

Why do Democrats need a "new" platform when Republicans don't have one at all?
"Mitch and Nancy get it done" in tweet form isn't a plan.
I'm going to laugh real hard when the GOP tries to save Obamacare going into 2020 and rebrand it as their own...
It will be a New NAFTA all over again.

I saw first hand how many thousands angry Nevadans were motivated to vote-out Sen. Dean Heller after he reneged on his promise not to vote along with Republicans on dismantling of ACA.
This has the potential to dwarf everything!
If Bernie runs on MEDICARE for all platform, he is a shoo-in to become the first Socialist President of USA.
Forget the fake Russian collusion---the ruling that renders ACA unconstitutional is a gift to the Democratic Party; but a DISASTER to anyone who'll end up without any insurance.
I voted for Trump, but, his administration's hands-off approach to this lawsuit is enough for me to vote him out.

How did all those people, who you predict will all bit die from their anxiety attacks over their pre-existing conditions, ever manage to survive before Obamanation Care was passed?

And probably the vast majority of them were libs anyway. Hey...maybe this win is a means to thin out the diseased from the herd.

Reading the twisted minds of liberals is torturous to the rest of us.

The platform should be, Guvmint GTFO out of healthcare because they suck at it. All they should be doing is regulating the private sector. Just look at the VA. It is a complete crapfest.
We bleed funds in Medicaid and completely suck at Social Security. Why would anybody want Guvmint involved in anything as important as healthcare for everybody?
Shove Ocrapcare down the hole where it came from.
Platform should be build a cotdam wall. Fix our infrastructure that is in dire need of rebuilding, and our airports televising the Nature channel as opposed to the Communist News Network.

I will if Trump gets to nominate another constructionist judge to the SC and he/she gets confirmed by the Senate. I didn't trust Roberts before the ObamaCare SC decision was handed down (and even predicted that he could be the loose canon in that decision, and he was), so I trust him less now. Powerful people might have some dirt on him and are pulling his strings.
Socialized Medicine is a huge, huge deal to socialists because it is the second, foundational cornerstone to Socialism. A lot will be riding on the upcoming court decisions.
