Jockey Marlon St. Julien, 46, was involved in a serious spill at Prairie Meadows back on May 19th. He underwent spinal surgery in an attempt to keep the pressure of his discs off his spinal cord. As you can imagine, Marlon has a long road of recovery ahead of him and could probably use some help with his medical and other expenses. Last update I read was that he had a few setbacks during part of his recovery in rehab (pneumonia which required the insertion of a tracheostomy tube) and his rehab aws still ongoing.
