He did not capitulate - he granted a short term cooling off period, for negotiations, like a true leader.
SHE has now stated she will support whatever the committee agrees on, no more "NO $$$ for a wall."

He passed the exact same thing they were talking about passing December. Literally the exact same spending bill. The deadline happening next week was happening if he did exactly what everyone agreed to in December.
So basically he shut the government down for 35 days to get absolutely nothing out of it.
Nobody thinks a wall is a real solution except for Trump and his base. Not even the Republicans. When she says they will pass the committee's plan you can take her at her word... she isn't Trump.
