OK this seems more and more like like a simple binary choice, we open the country up or lock it down. Whatever someone talks about these are the two choices period. And so whatever this thread turns into it still is about what we will do, open up or lock down.

Trump can propose any size tax cut he wants. The power of the purse is still in the hands of Congress. They will have the final say on any tax cuts. And with a Democratic held House of Representatives it's a snowball's chance in hell of getting approved in the House.
