Read and learn - it's not just officer/enlisted. I think we can say this stuff is not black/white, but nuanced.

I'm ex-military and sat on a court-martial board involving an enlisted man and drug posession. We dropped the case to an Article 15 proceeding (administrative rather than judicial) for lack of evidence. The weed was so bad, we felt sorry for the kid - lol!
