HELP DRF Formulator 4.1 crashing on download
I don't use DRF Formulator but my father tells me that he just tried to download a file and he is getting the error message: DYNAZIP UnZipError: File Not Found and then it says c:\ProgramFiles\DRFForm41\Download\Flg060701.drf1 is an invalid Formulator File.
Is anyone else getting this error or is it his computer?
Thanks.

Yes, same errors.
I see a meet is starting at Flagstaff, and it looks like the files are not recognized and blowing up the program.
Can't download anything right now. Doubt anyone is.
Part of me thinks the world has already called DRF, other part of me wonders. But I need to get supper yet - will try it again later on tonight.

Wrong files being downloaded, should have the extension of .drf2 not .drf1.

Thank you
Thanks, I will tell my father to wait a while and try again later. Bad weekend for DRF to be having a problem.
This board can really be great for things like this - guess we can thank Pace Advantage too.

I've been trying to download since about 6:30 without success. 4 hours later and I still can't get through. Called earlier and was told they should be back up sometime tonight, but that looks doubtful right now.

I have to thank you guys - I was actually going to buy a limited 10- card plan for the weekend to use F4 features, but it looks like nothing has changed over at old DRF!
Whew!

Yeah, I could handle not downloading any cards for Flagstaff. But to have it barf and not be able to download ANYTHING just because it see that there are Flagstaff files AVAILABLE for download, that's not just a track code table boo-boo, that seems like a design flaw.
I still like Formulator - but this sure is inconvient to say the least.

6am and I still can't connect. Just called the office again and this time they would not even estimate when the problem might be resolved!

I just went to the DRF website and tried to download the files through a backdoor approach rather than through Formulator itself. Don't even waste your time trying to do the same. Their immediate solution is to remove any sign of Formulator files from the download menu!

By now, they should have posted the files freely on the internet for all to download. Even if it were just PDF files, it would be better than nothing. A small gesture of good service can go a long way. Unfortunately for DRF, so can an a lack of action.

9:30AM Friday Morning
My father reports that nothing has been fixed. Don't these guy have someone on call 24/7 to fix problems or is it they just don't care.
I hear Jesse Jackson is not only going to extort the race tracks, but also the owners and maybe even the handicappers. Each handicapper will have to contribute to his Rainbow Group to get the data. For those that aren't aware Jesse Jackson and a fellow called Manley are going to run the Jockey Guild. This my friends could be the end of racing.

Formulator Problem
We have contacted our technical support and they are working to fix this issue ASAP. It should be working shortly.

Amazingly, there isn't even a note on the home page to warn of the problem.
