I just checked WalMart for my everyday beer, Coors. It's $20.98 for a 30-pack of cans, which I feel is getting up there. A local grocery has better beers on sale from week to week. I bought a 15-pack of Kilt Lifter a couple weeks back for $10.95. I'm still thinking half in the past, where those prices are nuts.

The only thing I buy at Walmart is prescription meds as I don't have coverage and they are the cheapest alternative after the local mom & pop pharmacy closed. They are less than 1/2 price of the local CVS. Since I am a small business I like to patronize fellow small businesses. Around me most of them provide better service than the big chain stores. That beer price is the mom & pop store close to the bank, still with tax the big chain stores are a little over $10 for a sixer of Corona.

Jen explained that oil leases take 10 years to produce oil anyway, so will not affect current shortage ..... are they just stupid or do they think everyone who listens to them is stupid?

seen a truck drivers warning from the company he drives for warning about fueling up , they need to start doing it at end of day cause several (it was 8-10) eastern states are expected to have huge shortages in diesel or be out completely.

Exactly. Hoping there are enough like-minded people to start ending this foolishness in November. Don't know.

I am sure there are enough people here over 60 that remember the odd/even fuel rationing. I can't recall, were commercial drivers exempt from that?

County singer George Jones's wife hide his car keys, so he drove his lawn tractor to the local bar.

I remember the long gas lines of the early 60s, during price wars, gas $0.08 per gallon.
$4.79 here today.
Let's go Brandon!
