Btw, did you hear the prosecutor sarcastically list the things going on that did justify self defense, like setting fires, looting, rioting, turning over cards.....all that stuff one finds in "mostly peaceful protests?"

Wow! The judge in that Tucker Carlson video was pissed at that prosecutor. I've not seen too many judges that angry at a prosecutor. The Wisconsin bar association needs to yank the prosecutor's license (but they won't.) Maybe the judge will through him in jail for contempt.

this judge is smart for not granting the motion to dismiss with prejudice. the defendant in my mind is a favorite to get a hung jury or an acquittal. and if he doesn't he will get one on an appeal.
the prosecution of this case is delusional. i think the prosecution wants the defendant to wait for the constructor to shoot first and maybe kill the defendant. the whole case is pretty bazzar.

Rightfully fearing for his life Grosskreutz lowered his arms, but according to earlier testimony did not directly point his gun at Rittenhouse. Then Rittenhouse shot him.
Prior to this Rittenhouse had already murdered two men who attacked him with a plastic bag and a skateboard.
Rittenhouse is an immature man who inserted himself in a situation he had no business being in. A teenager trying to feel important. As a result two people are dead and another injured. I have zero sympathy for him.

Did he drop his gun... no he did not. And phuck you on he murdered two... he defended his right to keep beathering. Was headed to the police for his protection. And that plastic board had steel trucks attached to it... so basically a sledgehammer.
That last bit there... about inserting oneself into a situation that they had no business be in. You mean like all the crazy ass rioters... looters and arsonist that invaded the area. Right. The whole mess could of been avoided if people minded they own business and waited for facts to be presented.

it was a political charge - charged within 48 hours .... during political campaign
Biden went there to spread his racist crap and accuse Rittenhouse of being a white supremist ..... althought the BLM 'mostly peaceful' protest were 'justified' ....
