I was glad to see this guy on there last night because the entire show was driving me nuts.
What I don't get is how supporting this cop is a conservative issue. You can't be all Yay Freedom! and then support the governments armed agents bad behavior. Maybe I'm too libertarian leaning to get it.

Pleading for a fair trial and supporting the cop ARE NOT THE SAME ****ING THING.
Get it though your heads people.
See, this is how the media has CUCKED everyone.
The trial WASN'T FAIR. We all know that. No way it could be fair, especially where it was held. And of course the threats of retaliation (including from a US Congresswoman) and violence if "they" didn't get the verdict "they" wanted.
How could it be fair?
Justice works ALL WAYS. Not just one way.
It's actually called being "OBJECTIVE" not "supporting Chauvin"
Since people have no idea what objectivity looks like anymore in the media, when they see someone like Tucker, THEY IMMEDIATELY LOSE THEIR SHIT.

Then this guy would never get a fair trial I guess. Where would you put a trial where the media hadn't already infected everyone. I watched the entire trial and decided he was guilty without anyone intimidating me. I think it's insulting to the jurors to say they only decided this way because they felt threatened. I will assume anyone that believes that shouldn't ever sit on a jury.
Tucker had a woman on last night that I normally like and she said that the judge didn't call for a mistrial because he was lazy. OMG what on earth? Even the reporting on what the judge said is inaccurate. I've heard he said it would be EASY for an appeal, that he GAVE them a reason to overturn. He never said that.
What's unfortunate is the two cops with him didn't have the guts to stand up to him and put a stop to this once he was passed out. This guy wasn't going to let the bystanders tell him what to do and it all got away from him.
And I watch Tucker every night so I'm very familiar with him and normally like him.

I don't know how Chauvin could have expected any other verdict when you look at his defense - there was nothing of any substance offered in his defense.
He chose to shut up and not testify to explain his actions in the face of overwhelming evidence against him.

See, you have to separate things.
I ALSO AGREE CHAUVIN WAS GUILTY!!
But that's not really the point here.
It's probably impossible for ANY high-profile criminal case to get a fair trial these days...

I agree it's tough in these case but as a queen of jury duty I assume they did what they thought was right. And any of the complaints about the trial seem a bit pointless. Changing the venue would still give you nervous jurors. Sequestering is a waste since everyone on that jury watched last year happen. So anything crazy Maxine said or any other protests aren't a shock.
I just got the vibe Tucker was spending an hour playing the panic card. Verdict could be right but here's why you shouldn't trust it anyway and you should be mad. Not a sane conversation about what happened or how an appeal could work.
Of course Tucker is the one who introduced Rachel Maddow to the world so I'm probably expecting too much sanity from him and forgetting that he is still an entertainer.

When you have a media that runs with "Capitol Police officer SLAIN BY MOB" for months...with ZERO EVIDENCE to back that up....you've already lost the game.
It's over for this country.
There is nothing fair about anything any longer.

Google "Columbus shooting" and you will nothing but headlines saying "White Cop Shoots and Kills Black teenage girl."
On page 2, FOX finally shows up and had the TRUTH.
Biden is partially right - we do have systematic racism , but it is in the media and the democrat party, not the whole country. Stupid Joe says racism has stained the nation. Well, Asshole, YOU have been one of the most powerful leaders for 50 years, and YOU attended the funeral of a KKK Grand Dragon.
Go F**** yourself, Joe, you POS liar.

More like how did we get to this point. We need more bad ass cops like Derek Michael Chauvin who can handle trouble drug freaks and get the handcuffs on people without pulling his gun and then have someone stretch wrap bad actors for transport. A female cop shoots a kid dead because she does not see a gun, think about it. Soon someone will invent car airbag grenade's cops can toss in a car that opens up like a dashboard air bag. Soon there will be a need for more police, when fewer want to apply for the job.

He couldn't even get the guy in the cruiser the first time around.
Yeah, he handled him real bad-ass style.

A bad-ass cop would have shot the EMT's and refused to get off the dead body for at least 5 minutes.
