Sounds like a load of bullshit. (A) chances of locating the right camera angle at that particular spot in an instant is slim and none. And (B) to believe anything coming out of the mouths of the prosecution and their witnesses is questionable at best.
The cop is guilty of a crime (a misdemeanor or low degree of manslaughter at best) for exerting excessive force during an arrest. Skin color shouldn't be a factor in a verdict. To charge him with murder when the dude had enough dope in him to kill a cow is absurd. He couldn't breathe because he was so f**ked up.

When I worked 911 in Charlotte around ten years ago, we had some cameras on select locations downtown. We could access them at random....no real rules.

The dispatcher testified that she did have control over the cameras, someone else had to do that she could see what others decided to show.
I think this is going to come up again later in some important way. Seemed to be a lot talk about it.
Prosecution putting on a masterful presentation so far. The multiple camera angles and recorded voices pretty much iron clad.

That he murdered Floyd? You mean like the cop had murder on his mind, by using a technique often used in law enforcement with out-of-control dopers? So a jury decides what a cop is thinking using the worse case scenario laid out by prosecutors. The worse case verdict takes a lot of unknown variables into account, and you call this justice?
In a fair and impartial world, he would walk. Unfortunately this world is way too fkd up, just like the far-left wants it to be.

The whole scene was adequately taped with voices so that there is little room for doubt. No angry mob, no threatening people, other than the killer himself, taunting Floyd to get up while squishing his head into the street. Repeatedly.
I think there is no doubt it was murder 2. Not premeditated, but 100% unnecessary. When I watch the video, I see no color, you are right.
I see a group of American citizens pleading with two out of control nazi storm troopers to stop.
The one should get the death penalty, imho and other life.

Zilly is like one of those savants in the movie "Minority Report". He floats in his bathtub and can tell what people are thinking

Why do we assume people are innocent until proven guilty?
Talk about a turnaround in testimony. When all the cam videos were shown yesterday, you get a totally different picture of what happened. Prosecutor may have put a torpedo in his own case.
And today, rather a bombshell, we find out that Floyd's pet name for his girlfriend was....Momma! Hmmm.
Clearly though, it is evident that if Floyd had kept his mouth shut and done what he asked by the Cup manager and what he was told by the cops, he would not have died.

I think he was close to od-ing anyway. The massive quantity of powerful drugs in his system even surprised pathologists.

I haven't been following the trial too closely (I assumed I knew pretty much what was needed to be known just by the massive media coverage before the trial)...what do you mean the cam footage shown gives a totally different picture?

Once he starts answering questions it could lead to the crimes he and his partner committed prior to the event in question. If you got away with some stuff, you keep your mouth shut. Especially if your protecting the prosecutors case. Happens all the time among comrades in crime
