But PA, why didn't you continue going short after getting stopped out if you thought we were going down this morning?
Answer: because I'm not that smart to know whether I'm actually right and we're going to go down after I get stopped out on my initial short, or if I got stopped out because I was wrong and it's going to go up the rest of the day...
and if I reentered every trading signal where I got stopped out I'd be broke in 5 seconds
The whole point to becoming a winning trader is to be able to ignore days like this where you were RIGHT but you get stopped out only to see it go your way later. Don't let days like this fuck with your psyche or your method (if indeed your method is a winning one).
There is always tomorrow and there is always another trade coming.

and of course, right after I get stopped out, it turns around again and falls in my direction...they are really testing me lately...lol
little do they know, I'm "different" this time around...

I've only lost 5 trades in a row since my last winner...but it feels like I've lost 100 in a row...weird...
