Handicapping on the Road book

Does anyone have a book "Handicapping on the Road" book by Mark Cramer for sale?

I can't vouch for the sites, but if you do a Google search the first few results show it for sale for a not-ridiculous price.

I believe I have a copy of that book but we just moved and it may take me a few days to find it.

I love Cramer's writing and research but my recollection is that the book is as much or more about traveling (on the road) than handicapping.

Count me also as one who loves Cramer's writing enough that I bought his guide to Bolivia with no intention of traveling to the country other than through what he wrote!

I have been looking for the book but everyone sale a program but i want the fact of the 7 ideas he had not just the short form.
