Ashli Babbitt was an idiot, she was an idiot for voting for Trump in the first place. She was an idiot for believing the election was stolen. She was an idiot for climbing through that window with police pointing guns at her and ready to fire.
The officer who fired had no way to know she had no firearms or other lethal weapons. What they did know is that an irrational woman was hurling herself at them and behind her was a large, dangerous and irrational mob. That officer saved many lives and countless injuries. Two people are responsible for Ashli Babbitt’s death; Ashli Babbitt and Donald Trump.

Where? Where are the pictures of police pointing their guns at her before she broke the plane of the window?
They/he gave her ZERO warning...if that had not been a Trump supporter, that Capitol police officer would be sitting in jail right now.

The Capitol Police are not Rent a Cops. They are professional police officers. The irony is that Ashli Babbitt was a rent a cop, having worked Security at a nuclear power plant in Maryland. Babbitt was also an unstable violent person, who was once arrested for ramming her SUV several times into the automobile of her second husband’s former girlfriend.

She was given multiple warnings. The video above shows a man who was there at the time. He says the police warned Babbitt, “ Get back, get down etc..” Of course he is also an idiot who confessed on camera to being part of an insurrection.
ETA. the actual charges were violent entry into a restricted building.

Can someone point me to the identity of this person and if they've been arrested in connection with Jan 6?
I just did a look through the 1500+ photos and videos of people wanted in connection with Jan 6 (some of the photos are listed as ARRESTED, so his photo should still be up there even if he was arrested), and I can't find him.
Anybody know his name?
One would think this kid would have been one of the first people arrested given how he looks directly into the camera multiple times to make sure everyone knows who he is...

She was also white and the cop was black, I am sure that played into it also.
The Capitol police are a joke to say the least. The hearing with them testifying was nothing but theater, bunch of drama queens.

So disobeying police commands while unarmed justifies deadly force?
I suppose only if the victim is white. If you think the Capitol police are professional you must have not watched them testify, I saw one guy cry, another pounding the table, and a third yelling. If you watch Court TV, real cops don't behave that way on the witness stand. Chris Mathews was a Capitol policeman, many of them have political aspirations.
Pretty sure you don't watch Court TV as it is unbiased.
