There was a guy similar to this in the Queens OTBs around 15 years ago. He was only betting around 2k per race, but he was putting it into the smallest pools around the country. I used to see him in Forest Hills, Maspeth and a few other locations. He'd make a bet and then whine that every horse he likes goes off the favorite. I tried to explain it to him, but he shrugged me off.

Those Queens OTB's. Forest Hills, Jamaica Ave near Cross Island PKY, Northern Boulevard, Astoria Boulevard, Broadway, etc. been to them all!!!
