commitment of traders for metals
i met the Gold Guru about 25 years ago and he told me that gold won't fly until the Banks and commercial traders are on the long side of the market.
so I am posting the latest commitment of traders' report to show that they are still net short the metals. but less net-short than they were 3 years ago when gold was under $1500 per ounce.
keep in mind there is always going to be a demand for precious metals, it's just a question of how much demand.? there is no way that gold goes to $5000 without the commercials buying the stuff.
