No.
He didn't. He lost the popular vote in the same 8-9% range with full employment and the greatest economy evah!

This is all bullshit.
No one cares about the short term economics, security concerns, crime, pressure on wages, strains on local law enforcement/schools/hospitals/communities, drug importation, or the people at the border themselves (including those trying to get in.
Republicans are looking for cheap labor.
Democrats want to change the demographics further.
The end result will be worse economic and social chaos and we will elect more dimwitted socialists and Marxists.

Trump did not run in the midterms ... but the Rs gained seats in the Senate and Harry Reid showed how to stop Congress with control of the Senate.

How much of the border has a wall now? How much more will $5 billion buy? Hint: the $1.6 billion the Dems are proposing will build zero new wall. And how much more wall will be build after Trump leaves office?

A wall is pretty efficient. The Great Wall of China worked very well for the Chinese for centuries.
Having said that, I'm not saying that "boots on the ground" or air patrols won't be necessary to police the wall. It doesn't have to be one or the other. Human eyes would complement the wall.
