OK, so this site seems to indicate that the capital city of Tonga is only 45 miles away from ground zero. Population in that city (which is named, kind of unironically -- Nukuʻalofa -- I would pronounce that as NUKEUALLOVER..lol) is around 20-25,000 people....TONGA as a whole has a population of around 100,000 people.
