PS. It amazes me that there is anyone in this world who is against vaping. For smokers looking to kick the habit, it is ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE safer compared to smoking traditional cigarettes. Yet there are certain groups who would like nothing but to ban them...unreal.

What should we do, waiting periods, register ciggies?
Max pack conts of 4-6 cancer sticks?

"E ciggy's? No way they should be banned anywhere." -Tom, November 2014.
I'm sure the board owner would consider that a "gotcha," but I think it's important to show that your positions are situational (depends on who is in office). I know, I know you have new information now. Possible.

His most recent comment appears to be targeted at sales towards children.
That's a very specific concession. Maybe you should ask him if he has changed his position and now feels that e-cigs should be banned everywhere...before you pull out the "gotcha."
Perhaps you misunderstood, or Tom communicated poorly.
Why must every other post be a confrontation around here? Are people that insecure with themselves that they must gain pleasure by constantly showing others their failings as human beings? (lulz)

Back then, I did not know as much about them.
I thought they were smokeless devices.
Today, we know kids are starting to die using them.
I fully support non-flavored ones to be used for adults wanting to quit.
I object to targeting kids with them to start.
As far as "gotcha" goes, I am not afraid of them. I say things for one of 3 reasons - I mean it, I am being sarcastic, or I am trying to piss someone off! I actually laugh when people go to all the trouble to search my old posts and "Get me!"
Not at all uncommon to change my mind as I get new info or things play out not the way I thought they would. I was impressed with OBama t the very beginning of his run. Thought he wad a great chance to heal some wounds and unite the country. Whoa Boy!
The people I am worried about ar the one who never change their minds.
Sar Mike is on OK guy - I don't take anything he posts as bad. He is one of the few who is able to discuss topics.

The people dying in those headlines from "vaping" are vaping things they shouldn't be vaping. Stuff bought "on the street" with what is supposed to be marijuana/THC oil. Nobody knows what the "on the street" stuff is mixed with...so you get what you're seeing...people getting severe lung infections.
I have seen zero reports that claim these infections are caused by vaping products sold by any "legitimate" vendor on the US market.
I'd much rather my kid not smoke and not vape, but if I had to choose, I'd choose vaping 1000% of the time.

I quit using one.
Took the edge off and probably saved me from having to hire new people after a nicotine-deficient melt down on the old ones...

Nah... in the fraternity we'd keep a couple in the room for the girls.
Fun fact: You can use just a little bit of it, couple drops, in a shot and use the cheap turpentine stuff you and your boys were drinking to fill it the rest of the way for them.
Fortunately, I don't have to experience my vices on a College budget anymore.
