CJs Dad... What's up with those Os...

Taking my son to Spring Training for the first time. Both daughter and myself waited on line for 59 minutes on the Twins site, beacuse I'm going to be in Ft. Myers. NADA-SHUTOUT-CONSTANT RFRESH!!

Go to the Os site (which opened @ 10a.m.) THREE GAMES IN UNDER 12 MINUTES!!!

Is that single A team I've purchased ?

Give me the inside scoop, D.

All I can say is that it is a shame what has happened to a once proud and respectable franchise.

It ALL goes back to the owner Peter Angelos and his two weasel sons.

Even if they were willing to spend the $$$, which they are not, free agents don't want to play here; they want to go where they can contend.

Remember back when the Orioles and Pirates were two of the strongest organizations in all of sports?

Yes I do and it is a sad state of affairs that we are stuck with baseball being dominated year after year by the big $$$ teams.

It doesn't quite work that way in the NFL.

Check out the playoff teams in the NFL the last several years. Parity works.

Yep, we just lost the best Pitcher EVER in Blue Jays history to the Phillies, a certain HOFer if he continues. AND a great guy with a great work ethic.

Not having corporate socialism for Pro Sports sucks...
