Takeout Percentages--the other racing

Okay I know there are probably only 3 people on this board that even bet on the dogs.

but does anyone know where you can find a chart such as this one:

But for greyhound tracks?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know of any place where the numbers are published. I suspect that is because they don't want you to really know.

I believe Southland has a flat 19% on all wagers, the Colorado tracks are horrible. Most others are 19-21% for WPS and 25% for exotics.

If there is a certain track or state you are interested in you might search for the racing commission of that state. I'm sure the rules list the takeout values.

Results

"http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=takeout+rate+greyhound+racing&form= QBRE3&go.x=17&go.y=8"

I searched "takeout" and "takeout rate" "greyhound" "racing. Says Southland takeout is 19%, click to check others.

A little off topic.
Premier Turf Club is booking a number of dog tracks with rebates and while all of their rebates are good, a few of the dog rebates are extraordinary.

I don't see any rebate amount information on the site. Do you only get that if you are a member?

Anyone interested in the 'hounds.

Shoot me a PM and I can talk to you about specific rates. The concept behind keeping details a state secret is NOT my idea. The last time I talked about anything specifically on the PA board we got phone calls from tracks within 30 minutes. Mike G can back me up on that. I had to have the whole string taken down.
