cool way to manipulate the win pool money is anybody wanted to.
pretty sure they will allow him to cancel the bet up until close to post time...that's the only way i would even consider making a bet that large.
also that it was so brazen and not hidden in anyway makes it mean even less imo.

Also, pretty misogynist of us to assume it's a man. Hard to bring new money into the game if we prescribe a gender to gambling.

Apparently they had a suitcase full of cash. In Baltimore lingo he might have a "suit case" against the Jockey Club if they don't let him cancel. LOL lets see if anyone gets that...
