It’s understandable that Unanue would openly express his political and religious beliefs. Goya’s customer is overwhelmingly Catholic/religious and share his views.
Unanue is preaching to the choir.

The fact that you write this as if it's something to be feared (openly expressing political & religious beliefs)...says everything about how truly dead this country is today.

He was being sarcastic...of course, you being an actual fascist, didn't grasp that nuance.

to me anyway, this was a very interesting interview, the type that you never hear from this host or any other host on FOX News or left-leaning news. it is the first time i have ever heard someone come on a show that not only presents the problem, but also the solution to the problem. in this particular instance, the problem being addressed supposedly is inflation. the man says the high inflation is caused by too many government giveaways creating humans that only want handouts. now the solution to the problem is tp make people work hard to pay for their food instead of being handed it out for free.
the only thing i can say is that the man has a great point, but there is plenty more wrong with the system than just the food handouts. what i believe to be the problem is the whole system no longer works. giving handouts and special privileges to the very few is just as bad as the handouts to the very poor. our main worldwide problems stem from the very few that rule the world and the power spread downward.

Hardly. 
Never discuss politics or religion with a customer.
It might not be the first rule of business but it’s right up there.
Why risk losing a sale?
Special dispensation if your product is either yarmulkes or crucifixes.

I discuss politics with customers all the time, I let them bring it up first. Of all the customers I have spoken to over the years about poltics, I haven't kicked one rock that had a Democrat under it. As for religion, discussing that is looking for trouble, most people don't bring that up other than saying their kids are in a Christian school, Catholic school, etc.
