I know, I was as surprised as you surely are...but the indications are that Trump has "stretched the truth" in this rather insignificant matter:

it don't matter what Trump says or does, he is always the victim, and a big victim. most people in the world are victim's from the man or the government. the ones that buy this are his biggest supporters and you are never going to change their minds.
