Not sure when most of entertainment industry, broadcast and print media started shifting left, but as I recall it wasn't that way 45-50 years ago when I was a kid. I would have noticed a bias as I followed politics at a young age.
Even at the age of 7 I was pulling for Nixon and could not stand the San Francisco war protestor hippies they were showing on TV. It seemed like the news just reported the news and there was not any mention of politics when reading about subjects like sports and science.
The sicking shift left of everything seems to be gaining momentum by the year, and it is based on nothing but lies and misinformation.
