It's a local guy that has a shop and sells some used stuff.
He's saved me untold hundreds in repairs.

Charged a mere $35 for a reformat and system install.
Didn't charge me a penny to add that new hard drive last fall.

The specs sheet says there's one PCI Express however i didn't see it.

Specs sheet also states three PCI slots with only one open.
Of the three (two are open) and one has the dial-up modem, which could be removed.

Good job finding the specific MoBo for the HP.

This manual stated that only XP SP-1 was required for the SATA drivers. Went and bought a cable late this afternoon, however I'm aprehensive tonight about doing the install (Sunday and all).
