Not Guilty They Say!

Don't all crooks plead Not Guilty, They always squeal like a trapped rat when confronted with something they did.
What these kind of people are doing to the horses is just wrong.!
Kind of hard to protect them when nobody cares and is only in it to make money.

Everyone pleads not guilty at an arraignment. It means nothing.

True but what lies ahead for this group isn’t going to be a picnic for their defense attorneys thousands of phone conversations means someone wore a wire and probably cut a deal on prison time what are your thoughts Dilanesp?

I haven't seen the evidence. The indictments looked bad.

Navarro is one of the all-time worst abusers I've seen in the forty plus years covering racing. He was right up there with Lou Pena (harness racing). The fact that Monmouth let him race there and dominate the trainer's standings for so many years is an embarrassment. Dennis Drazin should have banned him several years ago because it was blatantly obvious that he was doping his horses, to the point where many racing fans called him The Juice Man. Drazin was the chairman of the NJRC, he should have been smarter about this. He had horses trained by Jason Servis, which also looks really bad. Drazin really should be forced to resign but he's probably the main reason why Monmouth is still in business, so I can understand what he's not being ousted.

Monmouth is now on my list of tracks to NEVER play.
They deserve the bad karma for enabling his abuse.

Every horseplayer knew he was juicing. Just like Dutrow, servis, asmussen etc.

Why just Monmouth,

He ran his horses all over the country.

Gulfstream.

They enabled him too. Gulfstream is where he raced and dosed Xy Jet.

Plenty of tracks are at fault.

Maybe because the past three years Navarro won 41, 45, and 31 percent at Monmouth and 22, 22, and 16 percent at Gulfstream?

Maybe because over that time Navarro won more than twice as many races as the trainer who was second in the Monmouth standings....who happened to be Servis?

These two trainers dominated Monmouth and Monmouth comes off by far the worst in enabling them. It doesn't excuse any other tracks but you're just a corporate shill if you claim otherwise.

All about padding their own pockets with no regard for the horses or horse players or the poor honest guy trying to win a race.

I don't agree nothing with your post that nothing will be done though. I don't think we'll see Servis or Navarro at a racetrack again.
