Well I admit I don't get what he'd be suing for. The DNC can ask Twitter to remove whatever they want. Twitter should have told them to stick it.
Anyone curious about what the White House wanted down? I'd like to know if that was the actual government or the campaign.
We need social media to stand up to these idiots. Hopefully Musk will do that.

What? Are you missing something?
The first amendment protects against restricting speech. Specifically Congress and the government.
The Biden admin IS THE FUCKING GOVERNMENT. Biden is the leader of the DNC
Freedom of speech is a basic civil right.

This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution

It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.

We had a Biden administration in October of 2020? And the DNC isn't the government. And why aren't you wondering about the White House that was in charge contacting Twitter then?
According to this post people probably have a suit against this very site. Have two or more people complained about a post and it's been taken down?
I swear Republicans set themselves up for disappointment at every turn. Locals calling into the radio station here about people needing to be locked up. The lack of focus on the problem doesn't help.
Social media should be led by people unafraid to stand up to these thugs. Unfortunately outside of Musk that probably isn't going to happen. Even newspapers are getting overrun by their idiot young employees. There are no adults in charge anywhere.

Yes...exactly...at the time, Biden was simply a candidate...he wasn't in gov't...he wasn't POTUS...and the DNC is NOT the Federal Government
So really...how was what happened during the 2020 campaign concerning Twitter and Democrats a violation of the 1st amendment? I had this very same question when the news broke.
It's not a first amendment issue unless connections can be made between Congress and Twitter at the time.

It’s even listed that way on several websites.
From PA’s earlier post quoting Tcarlson.
‘In other words, sitting members of Congress were encouraging censorship to affect the outcome of a presidential election. That is illegal. It is effectively election rigging, and it is a direct attack on our Bill of Rights by people who have sworn to uphold the Bill of Rights”
