Gulfstream Park Turf

I think they race all the way until October?

Why don't they just card 13 daily $16k 6f races and pave over the turf course so they don't have to ever water it, or give the grass a break!

GP is taking two races off grass today when it hasnt rained in 2 weeks. Running the other grass races with rail out 115ft. The grass course is really messed up for the championship meet, year round racing takes its toll.

Looks almost as bad as the Japan dirt kickback.

I think this is about the 20th thread on the condition of the turf course. The reason for the removal of the two races was due to over watering. So they ended up moving the rail out 115 feet. Crazy stuff.

I've always thought Gulfstream runs too many turf races. But this is coming from someone who doesn't enjoy handicapping them.

I think they run too many outside of the championship meet. Not many tracks for grass horses to race during the winter.

They need to stop racing on it at least after March til December. THey know turf gets bet and they will ruin it. In addition to everything CJ has been reporting to us it just makes you sick as a player. Dedication to all 3 of greed stupidity and a straight up f**k you to the player. They do what they want when they want and whenever they damn well please. Next time I go might start randomly potshotting upper management if I see them. And pull the "What" concept on them!
