In one small sample Republicans were worse than Democrats. A very good friend of mine who recently passed away had a daughter who worked as a stripper in Las Vegas for a half dozen years or so. She didn't work at a club she traveled to appointments. She said conventions centered around Democrats created extra business but nothing normal staffing working extra hours could not handle. On the other hand a Republican event increased the need for strippers and prostitutes to the point where agencies flew in girls from out of state and paid them healthy bonuses to handle the excessive over flow.
