Formulator issue, not showing information?

Lately this is happening with most of the field, no names, no breeding, career records. Sometimes its no riders, no trainers. It happens across all browsers and multiple computers.

Does anyone else know why and what the solution may be. Feel like I have wasted money the past few weeks and it is actually getting worse.

I haven't seen that at all. Give me the Track, Date and Race and I'll investigate and forward it to the appropriate people if necessary.

its all tracks i download, been going on for weeks. Sometimes a refresh works but most times its just leads to other blanks, always in that top bar of info. PP's are fine.

I am going to delete all my customization back to default and see if this is just coding issues.

Clear your cache also. Most likely that won't change anything, but it won't hurt. :-)

I'll forward this to customer service and find out if they've had any similar complaints, but I'm unaware of anyone in the office having the problem.

Another Formulator issue for me, the new format seems to have kicked in and there is no ability to click on the trainer and then do a query. The name is just black with no hyperlink, where the old one it was blue and was a hyperlink.

Is there a new way you check trainer patterns?

Also dont see any easy way to set up the todays plus distances. I assume its under the "custom", then you add min and max furlongs to the distance but doing this yielded all pp's removed.

Thanks.

They got back to me, none of the many features in the standard Formulator are implemented into the new version, which seems kind of silly since the default is now the new one.

It appears the features of the legacy formulator are being implemented into the new edition. Slowly perhaps but they are getting there. Prior to a self imposed break, the chart function from PP's was standard view only. I noted today it is fully functioning as the legacy formulator.

From what I've been told they are feverishly working on trainer patterns now. That's obviously a monster function to both code and test. When it's all over the new Formulator will be better than the old one and also WAY easier to improve on and add to over time.

Trainer patterns have been added.

I'm not sure what the long term plans are for adding new searches and functions, but a solid version is now in place.

I saw that, I do like the new layout quite a bit.

It does seem to run pretty slow, and I have a top flight internet connection now, and a very high powered PC.
