I did that huh..?
How many Trump associated were charged and convicted due to Mueller?
Is impeachment and the process for removing a President not part of the Constitution?
I really fail to see how you draw equivalence.

That is because the democrats feel the Constitution is fluid and they can interpret as they please.

I have but I also noticed you aren't getting bothered by him attempting to seize power by canceling elections...
Its a "do you like democracy" not a "do you like Trump" thing...

no one is cancelling an election, just trying to insure accuracy
surely you do not feel illegal votes should be counted?

When he actually does something illegal or violates the Constitution, give me a buzz.
Filing lawsuits, no matter how frivolous or outrageous, last I checked, isn't illegal.
This is why we have a court system.
This has been the problem all along. You guys blow things up beyond recognition.
That's why you can't understand how (R)s did as well as they did down-ballot this year.
This is also why people believe the election at the top of the ballot was rigged.

As much as you want to think it...
What Levin thinks is completely irrelevant to what's being discussed in the actual courtroom.

EVERY vote in PA?...you're clueless. Watch the video! Learn about the Constitutional role of the Legislature. Judges et al. have been/are overstepping their bounds constitutionally...and they are either clueless or don't give a sh*t. According to Levin, this whole debacle started with you Demos. According to Levin, it ALL could have been avoided, if you Demos had any integrity at all. "Suck it up."

Here...once again.

Ooh lookie here! They're back at it today!
Pennsylvania Republicans sue in last-ditch effort to stop election certification

Invalidate the invalid?
Interesting concept.
Why not just let the process play out and stop crying like a baby?
You're as bad as the other side.
The process is the process.
once again, you get way too caught up in THE MAN.

The process here is get a judge to halt certification so that the State Legislature, who is required by law to choose its electors by a certain date, will name ones for Trump.
That's the gamelan. Rudy has said as much.
If you admit they're frivolous, which you have, then surely you can see the attempted end-around on democracy.
Also... you seem to think I'm crying... I'm not... there is zero percent chance this ends up working.
I'm just ****ing furious they're even trying it and people like those that post here are okay with it... even endorse it.

I seem to remember people talking about electors casting votes for Hillary despite Trump winning the state.
I'm not as deep in the weeds as you, so I can't even recall if this is legal. And I'm too lazy to google it.
Can an elector legally vote for the other guy? Is that legal?
If so...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In states without faithless elector laws...yes.
That isn’t what this is about. It’s state legislatures choosing a different slate. Strangely enough, it’s legal.

How many Biden associates could be guilty of any crime during the last 10 years?
I suspect over 75% of all the people in the government swamp at Washington DC could be found guilty of at least 1 crime ....

You keep saying stuff like this as if Trump hasn't ran the DoJ for the past 4 years.
Its striking really.
Remember "lock her up?"
