Many are betting that corruption will win out.
I would bet on the opposite, but I live in the Western part of MD, so I am not aware of where I could legally get a bet down. Then again, I would be happy with a favorable result without the monetary gain.

predictit and ftx (I think) are 2 legal options. However, I knnow predictit caps the amount of money you can bet on any single event to something like $800.

Fyi, different states have different statutes.
In California, somebody could (conceivably) get up to 12 months in jail if convicted of electioneering.

BTW, I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that if this election were indeed, for the most part, fraud free, Trump would have been declared the next POTUS sometime in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.

End of story.
