Belmont Full Meet Thread (Day 1 Thursday 5-1-14)

With my Tampa thread winding down this weekend, I have decided to start a new meet with the beginning of Belmont on Thursday. I am also changing the format just a bit here. I am only tracking Win bets for this meet at $20 per play. We'll see what happens.

Race -1 The Off the layoff for Brown a 30% move for this outfit. Gets back on the dirt for a very nice 35% turf-to-dirt move. Working well over Big Sandy's surface. 3-1 on the ML feels good.

Race -4 The . Double drops in class off the failed route run last out. Trainer hits at 13% on the cutback to a sprint. 3rd time off the layoff & 5-2 on the ML here.

Race -5 The . Looks like the controlling speed from the rail for this group. Trainer Gullo hits at 12% 1st off the claim. The one to catch if speed is good today. 5-2 on the ML.
